EmployNZ has been helping Youth across the Bay of Plenty get their NCEA through our Free courses since 2000.

We have a track record of working with young people to get their NCEA through our Youth Guarantee Courses funded by Tertiary Education Commission. We then help them to pathway into higher training or employment.

IT Diploma Programmes

Start your career in the IT Infrastructure and Technical Support sector, and get qualified to become Sys Admin.

EmployNZ offers face to face, practical IT training, in the Tauranga CBD. We have small class sizes and run the programme in a simulated IT Support workplace environment, then move on to using Azure Cloud.

Join other former refugees and new migrants on one of our English Language courses in Onehunga or Henderson, Auckland.

Study English to build your confidence as you practice listening, reading, writing and speaking in small groups. From Pre and Low Beginners to Pre Intermediate, there is an ESOL course for everyone.

We Are A Youth Service Provider

The Youth Service is a nationwide service which EmployNZ is a part of. We work alongside our local communities, whanau, schools and education providers to provide a wrap around service for young people.

EmployNZ can arrange payments, mentoring and support if you live in the following areas:

    The Youth Service is here to support young parents, and youth who can not live at home, with financial support and support to return to education or employment.

    Employment Services

    If you are a Work and Income client, and receive a NZ benefit, we provide a fully funded employment service to help you get the job you want and support you as you get to know the business and settle in. Receive one on one support from our experienced employment consultants who will help you uncover your strengths and identify your challenges.

    Our Employment Consultants are mobile and are quite often at workplaces or based throughout the communities in local venues.

    We offer these services in:

    • Waikato – Rural Districts

    Driver Licence Programme

    We offer a professional driving service, helping people of all ages & stages with driving training, driver confidence & achieving their driving goals. Our driving instructors are qualified, holding an I Endorsement.

    We have a fleet of automatic cars and also offer lessons in your own manual car. You can also use one of our vehicles to sit your test.
